Joshua's "nisse", Pok, filled Erin's friend, Clara's boots with walnuts, taped Erin and Joshua's toothbrushes to the ceiling, tied all the arms of Joshua's tops together, swapped their bedding over and turned the milk blue!
Erin got ill when she had to take her "nisse", Julius, home. So they snuggled up together on the couch. Later at dinner it ate all its rice porridge (You should have seen Joshua's face when he saw it had all gone lol), it swapped Erin and Joshua's toothbrushes for carrots and put an ice pack in Erin's bed, which made her jump right out of bed again. While they slept, he hung all their pants / knickers on the christmas tree and turned the pictures on the walls upside-down.
Nisse Julius got to have Family Home Evening with us. We made Christmas treats and hung some apples and seed balls out in the garden for the birds as well.
Last night we signed the contract and have bought this house in Augustenborg. Unfortunately we don'tmove in til May, but we're all very excited for the summer.
Father Christmas came and Joshua pushed the other kids out of the way and squeezed his way to the front to see him. Afterwards he kept telling us how he'd said "ho ho ho".
Santa too wanted to do the whole dance-around-the christmass-tree-thing, bet some of ou didn't know Santa enjoys that...!

Ever since the party, Joshua has been sleeping in these pj's with his santa hat and thinks he looks like him.

We held a belated birthday party for Zak and Joshua up at church. They are in the middle of renovations and so we have a "big" hall at the moment, so try and have as many parties there while we can before it's made into classrooms.
It was nice all being together for once. Don't know whether Ben has enjoyed his rotation, but all the rest of us certainly have:-)

Erin had allthe girls from preschool at her party and after the madness she'd invited the two girls from her class at church to sleep over.
The children had eaten so many sweets and cakes that when they were about to watch "House of Mouse", they all asked for carrots(!)
They all wanted Quentin to be the one to brush their teeth.
All the parents and children from preschool met and went for a walk after dark with the lanterns the children had made while singing a lantern song. Afterwards there was a lantern party at the preschoolplayground. It's a really lovely tradition.
We get to see some really beautiful sunsets at the moment. The other night I just had to go across and take a picture after the kids were in bed. They're taken with the phone,so that's why the panorama one looks not quite lined up.
This is the bit of the harbour just across the street. This is Quentin and the children catching crabs, shrimp, starfish and a baby eel. (Actually they cheated with that one, a fisherman who was just coming in let them have the baby eel as it was too small for him to be keep).
Actually, here in Denmark we eat smoked eel and they are scrumptious. Quentin has even had to admit that. He's become quite a fan of smoked eel on rye bread!! How much more Danish can you get!!
